This season of gratitude, we are shining a spotlight on the people who make Immediate thrive, a team committed to collaboration, care, and helping employees access their pay when they need it most. Today, we are excited to highlight Kartesha, a key member of our Account Management team specializing in payments, whose dedication, professionalism, and passion for customer service have made a meaningful impact since she joined Immediate.

When asked what part of her role she enjoys most, Kartesha shared:

“I love being a part of a team that values suggestions and ideas to scale my role. Being able to play a part in building a company is fulfilling. Overall, I love that we are helping families pay their bills and take care of their kids. We all have the same goal and I am grateful to be a part of such an amazing team.”

Her responsibilities include validating deductions each pay period to ensure they align with customers’ payroll ledgers, working closely with her counterpart to provide white-glove customer service and expand account relationships, generating accurate monthly metrics to identify trends and maintain company health. Kartesha manages all of this for the Immediate customers and stills looks for ways to scale her role and optimize processes.

Kartesha takes pride in creating excellent first impressions and ensuring customers feel confident in the benefits Immediate provides. She recalls a standout moment with a customer:

“A customer reached out panicking because she thought there was a payroll issue. I was able to assure her that we have a system in place to address any discrepancies and educate her on how it works. The customer was extremely pleased and relieved that we could do this. This ideally made her confident in the benefit we offer and the white-glove customer service we provide.”

Her efforts have not gone unnoticed. A customer from Elite Home Care shared:
