The origin of Immediate is a solution to a business problem, but the heartbeat is much more than that. We’re on a mission to make it easier to pay employees.
In his former career, founder and CEO Matt Pierce kept running into a wall with attempts to solve the problem of high employee turnover rates. Pay raises were not even keeping employees from quitting their jobs. Alongside Jason Gwizdala, the team set out to build something fundamentally different, not just another payroll tool, but a better system entirely.
Immediate is a solution to a business problem, but the heartbeat is much more than that. We’re on a mission to make it easier to pay employees- breaking old-fashioned payroll cycles and cycles of debt.
