As part of our Thanksgiving “Season of Thanks” series, we’re spotlighting the teammates whose dedication and heart make Immediate what it is. Today, we’re grateful to celebrate Ann Dyer, one of our earliest team members and someone who has shaped Immediate from day one.

Ann joined Immediate at the very beginning in 2019 to help launch something new and to work alongside smart, innovative people in a fast-paced environment where she could grow, learn from top leaders, and contribute to a fun company culture. In her role, she helps manage the functionality of our products (including both the Mobile App and Admin Portal), trains and communicates internally on product features, supports departmental requests, and even jumps in to assist with end-user support, implementation, and account management when needed.
Ann enjoys working with her team, noting:

“We have some really smart, creative people and fun personalities. I also like the challenges that come with figuring out how we should execute an idea. It’s time-consuming and I have to research things, but I enjoy that.”

She has been part of many impactful projects where her problem-solving and attention to detail helped ensure smooth implementations during the early days of the product. Ann reflects on these moments as opportunities to ask detailed questions, identify needs, and contribute to solutions that truly make a difference.
