We’re looking for a results-oriented and relationship-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll help expand Immediate’s reach by partnering with employers to bring Earned Wage Access (EWA) and financial wellness solutions to their workforce.

As an AE, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and strategic relationship-building. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance leaders to understand their needs and demonstrate the impact Immediate can make on their teams.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with employers of all sizes
  • Engage with key stakeholders (e.g., HR, Payroll, Finance) to uncover needs and articulate how Immediate’s offerings provide meaningful value
  • Drive outbound outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and event networking
  • Confidently plan and deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations using sales collateral and pitch decks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success of new clients
  • Represent Immediate at trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a consultative sales or business development role, preferably in HR tech, fintech, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven success in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • High level of ownership, curiosity, and coachability
  • Resourceful, persistent, and motivated by making an impact
